Nelly Furtado continued her promotional campaign for her ‘The Spirit Indestructible’ album by visiting ‘KTLA Morning News’. Not only did the singer/songwriter perform her new single, ‘Big Hoops (Bigger the Better)’, but she also finally explained the meaning of the song’s title.
Basically, ‘Big Hoops’ stems from Furtado’s interesting fashion sense during her youth and her will to be herself regardless of the views of others. That was indeed the case when Furtado hit the stage with her dancers at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards last weekend.

i like her but she needs to move on to a new single. This one is going nowhere. For someone who claims to focus on the visuals as much as the music she really needs to spice up her image. She looks like she’s getting ready to go jogging after she leaves the studio.
