JoJo Performs ‘Demonstrate’ At STYLE360 Fashion Event

JoJo’s ‘Demonstrate’ has yet to be given the full release that it deserves from Blackground Records but that hasn’t stopped the singer from promoting it. For the song’s first live performance, JoJo ventured to the New York Fashion Week for the Front Row fashion show at STYLE360.

Gliding through her range while singing the sultry ‘Demonstrate’, JoJo proved why the song is a hit just waiting to happen. However, she did need some assistance from a backtrack for handling the lowest portions of the song because.

Why did JoJo need such help? Well, as she explained to The Lava Lizard during our interview, singing the low notes in ‘Demonstrate’ involves a special approach. “That really is all me!” JoJo noted while discussing the track. “I have to get really close to the mic because when I produce those notes because it’s not a very loud, full sound. So, I have to get really close and take a really good breath.”
