Just when it seemed as though the 2012 American Music Awards would be a good show, the producers have called on two of the worst performers to join the lineup. In a bid to cure the US of insomnia, Nicki Minaj and Taylor Swift have been tapped to hit the stage at the November 18th event.
Yet, perhaps watch Minaj mumble random words and Swift flash her puppy dog eyes will be a welcome followup to Christina Aguilera’s previously announced showing. Indeed, we will undoubtedly need a downer after being forced to endure screeched high notes and a few dozen pointless vocal runs.
The 2012 American Music Awards will be hosted at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles and will air live from 8pm ET on November 18th. Watch what Minaj calls “entertainment” in her ‘Stupid Hoe’ video below:
