2011 has been packed with some of the industry’s most shocking moments and things it looks like things are only getting started! Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony have abruptly filed for divorce after 7 years of marriage!
The power couple were wed in 2004 and have two children together – 3-year old twins Max and Enme Read the official statement of the news below:
“We have decided to end our marriage,” they tell PEOPLE exclusively in a joint statement. “This was a very difficult decision. We have come to an amicable conclusion on all matters.”
“It is a painful time for all involved,” the statement continues, “and we appreciate the respect of our privacy at this time.”
