The 2011 American Music Awards ceremony has come to an end and several of music’s brightest stars walked away from the Nokia Theatre stage with top honors. See the full list of winners below:

   The usual! I mean, A MESS. At least the two biggest winners have been the biggest album sellers for the past year (Adele and Taylor). But just the thought of some people thinking Taylor is a better artist than Adele…
   And “Loud” best Soul/R&B album…. LOLOL
   This is why Grammys are the only awards left with some credibility (despite that disaster of year in which Singles Ladies won Song of the year and Taylor Album of the year). But at least that was an all time low

   The Grammy’s are basically the Shammy’s now. It’s obvious Sony buys Grammy’s for their artists for promotional gain, hence why they always get the most airtime and Universal (among other label) artists don’t get their awards on air. Remember when Mariah and Usher barely took home any Grammy’s for “Confessions” and Mimi” but then Alicia Keys and Beyonce get like 10 each?

   I don’t trust any of these award shows. The economy is bad and they’ll do anything for ratings and for people to show up. At least AMA’s are voted on.

   What did Usher put out this year for him to win a AMA? Chris Brown was the clear winner and the AMA’s know it too which is why they did not announce the category last night.

   Say aint so! Usher was given an AMA bcause they still punishing C-breezy for his legal issues and not his talent. Shame on u usher if u keep the award. Jill Scott should had won best female) not Beyonce. Not watching or supporting AMAs again ever ever
