Nicki Minaj Announces New Album Title & Release Date

Nicki Minaj shocked her fans moments ago by announcing both the title and release date of her new album! Entitled ‘Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded’, the record will hit stores in February 2012.

‘Roman Reloaded’ will arrive on Valentines Day – February 14th 2012. The rapper has aptly named the record after the most aggressive side of her multifaceted personality, Roman, who previously made ‘his’ mark in the tune, ‘Roman’s Revenge (Ft. Eminem)’.

Surely, with such a close release date, Minaj will issue the lead single from the project within the coming weeks. Either way, after selling over 1.6 million copies of ‘Pink Friday’ in the US and 3 million downloads of ‘Super Bass’, which peaked at #2 on the Billboard Hot 100, she has the benefit of strong momentum from which she could launch ‘Roman Reloaded’.
