Janet Jackson Talks Body Image On ‘Extra’

Janet Jackson was only announced as the new spokesperson for Nutrisystem yesterday but she has already launched a major promotional campaign for the venture. Following her appearance on ‘Good Morning America’, the icon sat down with ‘Extra’ to discuss why she chose to represent the brand as it directly related to her personal struggles with weight.

During the talks with the ‘Extra’ host, Mario Lopez, Jackson also revealed how the playful teasing of her brother Michael Jackson affected her perceptions of body image and caused her to develop several insecurities. Watch the full interview below:
