Rihanna is certainly milking this ‘Loud’ era for all it’s worth. After selling almost 5 million copies worldwide with numerous #1 hits, she is ready to drop yet another single.
The red-haired Barbadian has chosen to release the Avril Lavigne-sampled ‘Cheers (Drink To That)’ as the latest single from ‘Loud’. This record follows the #1 singles ‘S&M’, ‘Only Girl (In The World)’ and ‘What’s My Name? (Ft. Drake)’.

It seems that Rihanna’s team is eager to move on from the lackluster reception of ‘Man Down’ by the the masses. However, it is quite sad that the track didn’t take off at radio because along with the accompanying video, it is undoubtedly one of the stronger cuts on ‘Loud’ whereas ‘Cheers’ is one of the weakest.
Let’s see how this song performs on the charts. As long as Britney Spears doesn’t feature on the remix while sounding like she is caught between a sneeze and a fart then I’m cool.
