Andrea True

Did you know that Pop star Andrea True was also an actor in pornographic films?

Before launching her career in music, True starred in over 60 adult movies throughout the 1960s and 1970s. However, she ventured in the mainstream entertainment industry in 1975 and eventually scored a major hit in 1976 with the Disco tune ‘More, More, More’, which peaked at #4 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Sadly, True developed a goitre on her vocal cords in the early 1980s and was forced to end her recording career. She died on November 7th 2011 at the age of 68 years. Watch True perform ‘More, More, More’ below:
